About Me - My Event Life

Hi, I’m Vignesh J. I’ve always dreamed of many things in my life, like becoming a cricketer, gamer, hotel manager, dancer, and more. As I grew older, my interests began to shift towards event management because it always seemed like such a cool profession.” After finishing my Bachelor i just was not ready to go with Event management Job. As many were not into Events at that time, So i decided to go to some random 9 to 5 job, and many months passed like this.

After a certain point i decided to take a break and think and decide the future. But it didn’t happen, I kept on wasting my days after days, at one point ill go on with my dream job. So i kept on Searching for the Events job and i couldn’t find any of the job suitable to me and that is one day when my friend called me with an suitable job of Event management. I immediately called them and they said to attend the interview next day and that is when i got selected for the company called Dream Makers.

After joining the Organization i was Keen to get into the groove of things like getting every knowledge. But however it was never easy as i didn’t get any event related jobs for some days but i gained more knowledge of Branding, Gifting and other aspects. I was thoroughly enjoying this side of the job with lot of excitement. As i was the incharge for merchandising for a major Brand for Supermarkets allover the bangalore. It was very much exciting and i was very much over travel around the city. As everything was going right then came the covid. Everything just came to a halt and there was nothing to do. As Events were not possible at that time.

As covid taken so many lives and job opportunities and i was one of them. As i had no opportunities with the events i had go with part time job and i had a 3 months course to deal with. So many months got going like this with covid in the line too. After so many frustating months and covid got declaining. The event field too got blooming. So i started searching for job after a brief search i got my desired job at ARAM EXPERIENCE.

At aram experience i started my Journey and i started loving my job there. As i started to know about events and its planning and all. From meeting the clients to selecting the venue to alligning the vendors to entry to venue and smooth operation of the event. I really used to love the corporate events because i used meet new people and new opportunities. I used to know about their different approach towards common goals. That used to excite me as always. And i always very much loved to host weddings too. Because i can see organic and pure emotions in weddings. Ever since I was a child, I’ve always been drawn to wedding events because they seemed to capture a beautiful array of emotions and flavors that were so unique. The vibrant colors, the joy in the air, and the deep connections between families and friends fascinated me.

I was especially captivated by the ceremonies like Mehendi and Haldi, where there was so much music, dance, and laughter. The energy was infectious, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement and warmth whenever I witnessed these celebrations. It wasn’t just about the job i do; it was about the emotions that filled the atmosphere—the happiness, the love, and the anticipation. These events brought people together in such a special way, and that’s when I realized that I wanted to be a part of something so magical. As I grew older and entered the world of event management, this love for weddings only grew stronger. It’s why I find myself loving my job more than anything else—it allows me to be a part of creating those moments of pure joy and emotion, making each celebration unforgettable. And other events i thoroughly enjoyed was movie promotions where i had the opportunities to meet so many celebraties whom i dreamed meeting of was my major take away from this jpob. Movie promotion had to go with lot of plannings also as there was so many aspects to take care of. As events seems to be cooler job ad all at times its so much tiring with work load with physical and mental health going for a toss. And another major drawback is sleeping schedule in this job. But however or whatever i chose this job because i love this job. I came here for a reason and the reason is passion.
